Prof. Yuexia Zhang

Biography:

Yuexia Zhang is the Associate Dean, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering at Beijing Information Science and Technology University. She is recognized as a Young Teaching Master of Higher Education Institutions in Beijing, the leader of an outstanding teaching team, an excellent moral education worker, a distinguished lecturer of core courses, and a renowned teacher in ideological and political education. She has been awarded the First Prize of the Beijing Educational Teaching Achievement Award three times consecutively. Her main research areas include key technologies in mobile communication and artificial intelligence technology.

Prof. Gaoru Zhu

Beijing Jiaotong University, China

Biography:

Zhu Gaoru, Professor of Department of Urban and Rural Planning at Beijing Jiaotong University and Researcher of Beijing Institute of Comprehensive Transportation Development, focuses on interdisciplinary research areas including integrated transportation planning, transportation-land spatial synergy, eco-conservation in transportation, and tourism-transport integration. He has led over 40 national, provincial, and local-level research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, Beijing Social Science Fund, National High-end Think Tank, and the Ministry of Transport's Science and Technology Program. Professor Zhu has published more than 60 academic papers (including 30 SCI/SSCI/EI-indexed articles), authored 6 monographs, and secured 7 patents. He has recieved 16 provincial/ministerial-level or national industry science and technology awards, including: Young Talent in Science and Technology of the Ministry of Transport, Elite Youth Class I Talent of Beijing Jiaotong University, Outstanding Individual for Transportation Powerhouse Construction (Ministry of Transport), First Prize of China Highway Society, First Prize of China Navigational Society, First Prize of National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements.
