The 2026 6th International Conference on Smart City Engineering and Public Transportation was successfully held on March 13-15, 2026 in Beijing, China. hOSTED jointly by North China University of Technology and the Beijing Key Laboratory of Air-Ground Collaborative Autonomous Traffic Intelligent Control Technology, the conference received strong support from South China University of Technology, the Swiss Institute of Management and Innovation, and the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Transportation Technology and System, Ministry of Education. Bringing together experts and scholars from universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises both domestically and internationally, the conference facilitated in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge fields including smart transportation, urban engineering, the low-altitude economy, and artificial intelligence applications.

第六届智慧城市工程与公共交通国际学术会议(SCEPT 2026)于2026年3月13-15日在北京成功举办。本次大会由北方工业大学与空地协同自主式交通智能控制技术北京市重点实验室联合主办,并得到了华南理工大学、瑞士管理与创新研究所以及智能交通技术与系统教育部重点实验室等多家单位的大力支持。会议汇聚了来自国内外高校、科研机构及知名企业的专家学者,围绕智慧交通、城市工程、低空经济及人工智能应用等前沿领域展开了深入交流。


会议由大会主席北方工业大学庞中华教授主持开幕。随后,主讲嘉宾在各自相关领域专家带来了精彩纷呈的主讲报告。下午进行了24位青年学者的口头报告分享。

Report Title: Study on Composite Utilization of Underground Space of Public Green Space in Beijing Old Town

报告题目: 《北京老城区公共绿地地下空间复合利用研究》


During the oral presentation session, young scholars from prestigious institutions such as Civil Aviation University of China, Beijing Jiaotong University, Wuhan University of Technology, Tsinghua University, and Shenzhen University delivered inspiring speeches. The presentations closely aligned with the conference theme, covering the following key topics:
  1. Smart Transportation & Big Data Analytics: Scholars explored traffic industry agglomeration characteristics based on POI data, collision risk prediction for autonomous vehicles using GTWR-HORT, and logistics optimization driven by multi-source perception fusion, demonstrating the latest achievements in data-empowered traffic management.

  2. Autonomous Driving & Human Factors: Reports covered modeling and interpretation of accident severity for autonomous vehicles, as well as fatigue evaluation and mechanism analysis for ship and tunnel segment pilots, reflecting a strong focus on human-machine interaction safety.

  3. Urban Resilience & Infrastructure Monitoring: Innovative assessment and monitoring methods based on network perspectives, generative AI, and 3D vision were proposed for functional resilience of urban rail transit stations, intelligent design of building structures, tunnel deformation, and general infrastructure monitoring.

  4. Low-Altitude Economy & UAV Applications: Beyond the keynote, oral reports further discussed capacity assessment methods for mixed manned-unmanned airspace, infrastructure monitoring via UAV fused data modeling, and structural displacement measurement using UAV visual systems.

  5. Green Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization: Topics included optimization of electric truck container transport under trailer separation modes, green intelligent solutions for power battery reverse logistics, metro crowd-sourced logistics models, and full-link digital tracing for cold chain fresh milk, aiming to promote the green and intelligent transformation of the logistics industry.

  6. AI Decision Making & Causal Inference: Several reports investigated causal inference in smart traffic signal control, narrative explanation generation paths for AI autonomous decision-making, and prediction of IoT technology recombination in the logistics field, providing theoretical explorations for the deeper application of AI in urban governance.


在口头报告环节,来自中国民航大学、北京交通大学、武汉理工大学、清华大学、深圳大学等多所高校的青年学者发表了精彩演讲。报告内容紧扣会议主题,主要涵盖了以下关键议题:
  1. 智慧交通与大数据分析: 多位学者探讨了基于POI数据、多源感知融合及大数据驱动的交通产业集聚、事故风险预测及物流优化方案,展示了数据赋能交通管理的最新成果。

  2. 自动驾驶与人因工程: 报告涉及自动驾驶车辆的碰撞风险预测、事故严重程度建模,以及船舶、隧道航段驾驶员的疲劳状态监测与评价,体现了对人机交互安全的高度关注。

  3. 城市韧性与基础设施监测: 针对城市轨道交通站点功能韧性、建筑结构智能设计、隧道变形及基础设施监测等领域,学者们提出了基于网络视角、生成式AI及三维视觉的创新评估与监测方法。

  4. 低空经济与无人机应用: 除了主旨报告外,口头报告还进一步探讨了有人无人融合空域容量评估、无人机融合数据建模及视觉结构位移测量等具体技术应用。

  5. 绿色物流与供应链优化: 涵盖电动卡车运输优化、动力电池逆向物流、地铁众包物流模式及冷链全链路数字化追溯等议题,旨在推动物流行业的绿色化与智能化转型。

  6. AI决策与因果推断: 部分报告深入研究了智慧交通信号控制的因果推断、AI自主决策的叙事解释生成路径以及物联网技术重组预测,为人工智能在城市治理中的深层应用提供了理论探索。

会议剪影回顾  Conference Review


The conference not only established a high-level platform for exchange between academia and industry, fostering cross-disciplinary integration, but also inspired new ideas for the future development of smart cities and public transportation. Attendees unanimously agreed that the rich content and unique insights of the meeting are of significant importance for promoting technological progress in related fields.

With the successful conclusion of all agenda items, SCEPT 2026 has drawn to a close. We look forward to gathering again next year to celebrate another academic summit!
