Biography:
Mouquan Shen received the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from the College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2011. From 2012, he was with the College of Electrical Engineering and Control of Science of Nanjing Tech University, Nanjing, China. Since 2018, he has been a full Professor with Nanjing Tech University, China. From 2015 to 2021, he was an visiting scholar with Yeungnam University, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and The University of Adelaide, respectively. His research interests cover fuzzy systems, iterative learning control, Adaptive dynamic programming, networked control systems, Hybrid systems and so on. He has published over 100 international journal papers and received over 1900 citations with h-index of 24. He has been served as Editor-in-Chief for Advances in Fuzzy Sets and Systems the Associate Editors for ISA TRANSACTIONS, Proc. IMechE Part I: Journal of Systems and Control Engineering, International Journal of Robotics and Control Systems. He is also an active reviewer for over 80 international journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics-Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy systems.
Prof. Hongke Xu

Biography:
Hongke Xu is a doctoral supervisor at Chang'an University, specializing in traffic information engineering and control, traffic control and management, transportation informatization, and intelligent transportation systems. He has led and participated in over 20 projects related to electromechanical engineering for highways (tunnels), traffic control and guidance, network monitoring and operations management, and the operation and maintenance of highway electromechanical systems. He has published more than 40 papers and has served as the chief editor and co-editor for 7 volumes in the series on highway informatization, as well as contributed to over 10 standards and specifications for the Ministry of Transport, local governments, and enterprises.
Prof. Dr. Seyed Mohammadreza Ghadiri
SIMI (Swiss Information and Management Institute), Switzerland
Biography:
Professor Dr. Seyed Mohammadreza Ghadiri is the Dean of the Aviation Management and Logistics at the SIMI (Swiss Information and Management Institute). He is also the former Dean of the School of Transporation and Logistics and the former Head of postgraduate programs at the Malaysia University of Science and Technology. Professor Ghadiri holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Structural Engineering from Iran. He obtains his Ph.D. in Highways, Traffic and Transportation Engineering in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) from the School of Civil Engineering, University of Sains Malaysia (USM). Professor Ghadiri is a multidisciplinary expert, and his main research interests focus on various fields such as Engineering, Business, and Management. He is also the guest editor, editorial board member, and reviewer of many reputable journals. Over the years, he has been invited as a guest professor of various institutions and is the keynote speaker of many international events in Asia and Europe.
Prof. Kannimuthu Subramanian

Biography:
Dr. S. Kannimuthu is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also an In-Charge for the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IEEE Senior Member (ID: 99320117). He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He did PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He did his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 17 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is the recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Six PhD candidates are completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding 7 PhD Research Scholars. He has published 73 (SCI:25 and Scopus:47) research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books("Artificial Intelligence", "LinkedList Demystified: A Placement Perspective") and 3 Book Chapters (Scopus Indexed). He is acting as mentor / consultant for DeepLearning.AI, MaxByte Technologies Dhanvi Info Tech and Hubino. He is the expert member for AICTE Student learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has presented a number of papers in various National and International conferences. He has visited more than 100 Engineering colleges and delivered more than 175 Guest Lectures on various topics. He is the reviewer for more than 100 Journals and 3 Books. He has successfully completed the consultancy project through Industry-Institute Interaction for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium. He has received funds from CSIR, DRDO and ISRO to conduct workshops and seminars. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank and NPTEL on various domains. He has guided a number of research-oriented as well as application oriented projects organized by well known companies like IBM. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain and Virtual Reality.
